William Holm - Stockholm

I've been watching this kid on Instagram for a while now and he's always posting heat, but I don't know if I ever saw any actual videos of him til now. I guess this was filmed in just three days. Incredible talent and skill from Will, dude has crazy combos, amazing rail game, goes fast. I hope he keeps with it as he gets older, he's gonna be someone to look out for in the future.

Logan Fuller

Is there anyone who doesn't love watching Logan Fuller? The dude is always on a mission to conquer everything in his path. One of the gnarliest riders today, Logan hits some of the most beastly rails in existence in this video. Double kinks, insanely long curved rails, huge bank to rails, wall rails, he does it all.

Also, this video was hosted on Addict's channel, does that mean Addict's not dead? Someone who knows more than I, chime in.

Jon deVrind | Manual Labor

You may have heard tech wizard Jon Devrind recently made the move from the east coast to sunny California to live in SD with his great friend and team manager Jake Hershey. Jon started stacking clips on the cross country drive and continued once he was settled in, culminating in this video. John has mindblowing skill that leaves you having to rewind to see what just happened. Fav trick was definitely the ender, that trick makes zero sense to me.

FÜRTH DREAMS

AO's Ryan Ruegg, Tanner Wilson, and Ben Klein have been riding in Germany for the past week and they decided to film a chill park edit for the homies. Always a pleasure watching b.clit's riding, such a raw, wild style. All three of these dudes kill it so check it out.

UA | JD Signature Promo

You already know JD brings the heat with his tech/peg game, and this edit put those skills on display in this sig bar promo for UrbanArtt. So many crazy tricks that you don't see from hardly anyone, using and abusing those pegs. Last clip was so nutty, commitment and balance. Support this dude and cop a pair of his bars today.

Haske Street Jam 2016 (OFFICIAL VIDEO by Roots Boy Production)

The Haske Street Jam in Barcelona is one of the biggest international scooter events, drawing riders from all across Europe as well as the US. This year featured some new spots, which were all quickly decimated by the legions of riders eager to put their mark on this storied event.  Zack (Zac?)'s whip back lip, Charles' feebzer 360, Arnaud's tech, are a few highlights from the video.

DISTRICT IN BARCELONA 2016

So footage from everyone who attended the Barcelona Jam is starting to drop, and this one comes from the District squad. Lewis Crampton, Brandon James, Michael Goumaz, and more all rip the urban skatepark that is BCN (as well as a few actual skateparks). Had to turn off the sound though.

joey moore AOSQUAD

16 year old Joey Moore was recently hooked up by AO and was able to travel a bit with them to film. This dude fits into this new wave of young street shredders killing it on rails, spinning the bars and deck at the same time, and looking nice at the same time. Never even heard from this guy until now, was a pleasant surprise and I'm looking forward to his development!

The Fuller Files | Bowl Rats

Another Fuller Files montage has arrived, this time centering on bowl riding from Cooper Klaar, Logan Fuller, and Ryan Upchurch, plus friends. It's interesting to see how each of these guys' styles translates into bowl riding- each has their own unique take on it. Seeing all those gnarly Oregon bowls get shredded is awesome too, bowl riding is really undeveloped in scootering but these guys are pushing the limit for sure.

Zack Martin | Wasted Grippers Promo

I'll be honest- its not often that a scooter video truly impresses me. There are some people who do crazy tricks, or hit crazy rails, or have amazing style, or have good filming/editing to go along with their riding. This video however, provides an optimal mix of all of those variables. Zack Martin is out there making scooter riding look so goddamn cool. This video had me yelling out loud, which is a rarity in today's climate of Instagram bangers and oversaturation of video quantity. I don't want to give any of the tricks away, but damn if this guy doesn't continue to push the envelope in new ways few can. I can't think of anyone more deserving to have a pro wheel, congrats to Zack and everyone involved with making this video. I'll be putting this one on the list of classics to watch again and again for sure.

To Chicago And Back Again: Another TGE Distribution Tale

This isn't just a video, its an experience.  The crew made their annual pillage to Chicago for the street jam, and had the camera out to capture everything. They did a great job capturing the street jam weekend, watching this really makes you feel like you're reliving everything. It captures everything from a typical trip in the Vista time machine- van breakdowns, injuries, trips to the police station, and some rad scootering.

GnArlington 2.0

Mike Dejong and friends put together a bomb video at a local Texas skatepark. I'm not sure who the other guys were besides Mike but they all ripped! Good lines, surprising tricks, and funny b-roll all around in this edit.

Help Susan T Get a New Heart

Hey everyone,

It's with a heavy heart that I make this post. A few days ago it came to my attention that my friend, former partner, and OG scooter rider/industry figure Steven Tongson, needed some help from the scooter community. His mother Susan, the woman who bought him his first scooter, who supported him his entire time involved with scootering, has been diagnosed with severe congestive heart failure. This condition has no cure, and the doctors have given her 2-5 years to live...devastating news to Steven and his brother, the sons she raised alone. The good new is that, with a full heart transplant, she can continue to be an amazing mom to her kids as well as a grandmother to Steven's three year old boy.

It's no question how much Steven has helped out the industry. From managing various teams, running a shop, all his work here at Inside, to just being a friend, Steven has given so much to so many people in this community. All while being extremely humble and not expecting anything in return. To help out his mom, he created a GoFundMe to take donations. What he's asking for is everyone to simply share the link, and to donate if it's financially possible for you. In his own words-

"... I am coming to you, not looking for your financial help, because I know we all have our own financial situations. Simply sharing my GoFundMe Campaign on your social media sites would mean a lot. However, donations, if you are capable, would also be greatly appreciated. Our goal right now is to try and get my Mom on the list to get a new heart. She has been crippled by medical bills from the various hospital stays during the past two years. She has lost her house, and believe me when I say her three children, and her family, are all doing what we can to help her situation."

So now, I'm going to challenge you, the scooter community, to see how far we can spread this. A share on Facebook, a repost on Instagram, a link on Twitter, anything will help. If anyone deserves our help, it's Steven. Thanks to all who've read this through and contribute.

ARNAUD MARCHENOIR IN CALIFORNIA

Continuing to push the boundaries of what's possible on a scooter in his own creative ways, Arnaud filmed this video during his stay in California last January. He dropped this video on his own channel as he recently left his old sponsor, Micro. Bar manual nose manual 3 downside, the natas spins, and of course his patented candy bar ride tricks make this video another fun one to watch. Hope to see him the the US again someday!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCMENT

Can we just stop talking about SMX already? There’s so much misinformation spreading on a subject that will ultimately NOT AFFECT YOU IN ANY WAY. I’m not going to add anything else other than please stop bringing this up because there isn’t anything new to say any more; ya’ll are beating this horse to a bloody pulp. It'd be cool to see actual scootering in my social media feeds again.

Instead, perhaps the discussion should be directed toward an issue that could actually affect the industry: the rise and ramifications of webisodes and the lifestyle/attitudes/behavior they promote. Also, this guy.  If anyone would like me to explain further, drop a comment and let me know and we'll get a real conversation going.

Sky High Presents: Ryan Ruegg

So while we were all left will blue balls this weekend after Mark Williams' video didn't come out, today Ryan Ruegg/Badgerclit's video for Sky High dropped. He spent three weeks out in SoCal hanging out with scoot homies and bike homies. They took him to a lot of rad more bmx style spots, and he definitely did them justice. One of the best peg riders out, easily. That back smith was so nutty. Filming was pretty on point and a vibin tune caps off a great edit.
